Two seperate home menus?

    When I click edit page on my ‘Home’ menu, a different page (the theme I previously had on) appears.

    Looking at your site, though, I do see that there are two Home menu items. You may want to open up the Customizer → Menus → click on the menu area that’s active in the header section → remove the second Home item. That should fix the issue.
