Two Step authentication Issue: Not receiving SMS verification code

  Please help me, I have enabled two step verification while login, however I cannot receive any verification code in my mobile phone when I wanted to log in, both in my smart phone and cell phone. I also don’t have any backup codes.

  My Account ID: sayvedepthienha
  The email is: (email visible only to moderators and staff)
