Two Step Login Issue

  Hello!

  I set up a two step authenticator with the Google app last year. Since then, my phone has broken and I can no longer access the codes needed to log into my website.

  I tried removing the app from my file manager but it still asks for a 2fa code. I have no way of retrieving the codes and do not have the backup codes either.

  Can you please assist me in getting back into my website?

  The account you’re contacting us has no 2FA enabled. What’s the site you’re referring to?

  If it’s either hollyandlime.com or noopdesigns.com. Then those sites are hosted by Siteground and not us (WordPress.com), so you’ll need to contact them regarding your login issue.
