I know my email address and password for my account but i cannot log into my account because I’ve lost my phone from 5 years ago and cannot receive the code to log in. I’ve had to create this account up just to get some assistance. Please help.

Thanks for the reply, Yeah I don’t have the backup codes, i do have transaction ID, email and password. That’s 3 really important things and there’s no way it’s not my site with that kinda information. I just want my site back! I need a wordpress.com staff member to sort this out for me to be honest because i’m never gonna get it sorted otherwise.

You can use the Transaction ID at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#account-recovery-form to restore access to your account.
