Two Things (Updating PHP and logging on)

    I’m being told that I need to update PHP, but I can’t figure out how. When I click on the link for more details, I get taken to a WordPress/WordFence page that doesn’t recognize me. It wants me to log in, but says there’s no account associated with my email address–even though I’m being sent emails at this address telling me I need to do these updates. And when I googled WordPress support and found this forum, I was able to log on–but with other WordPress sites, my email address isn’t recognized. What the heck is going on? How can I contact someone about resolving this issue?

    Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider. We’re only able to help with sites hosted on our servers at WordPress.com.

    Please ask the WordPress.org community for advice instead. They provide support for the version of WordPress you’re using:
