Two wordpress accounts, different plans, same email – can only access one of them

Hi there,
I am paying for a personal plan since 4 years without really using it (it is mapped to my personal domain). I wanted to get back to it but once I logged in to wordpress, I was logged in with a different account with no plan active. I have no idea how to access the account that I am paying for and which is mapped to my personal domain. Somehow both of them seem to be connected to the same email address (I have tried out all other email addresses that I own).Any idea how I could access the account I am apparently paying for?

wordpress.com accounts can use the same email address as the email address is the unique identifier.
As you have a paid plan, it’s very easy to restore access to your lost account at https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/ -
Thank you for the quick response. I will try my luck with the recovery form now.
I tried the password reset process multiple times but only ended up in my wordpress account that doesn’t have any active plan.
Fingers cross, they can figure it out with the help of my transaction ID.
