Two wordpress accounts linked to same email but email only sees one account

    I have two wordpress accounts that are both using the same email. However, my ACTUAL wordpress account (not this one) cannot seem to access the email that both accounts are linked to. What can I do? I am thinking of deleting this account so that my email can see the other wordpress account that it is connected to.

    I do not see any sites under your @mmincem WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/sites.

    Is it possible you created your site under a different login?  Is it the case that you are using another provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc. instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?

    Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.
