Ubud photos aren't working

  I cannot see my photos on my blogs.. they are just showing Xs. The Theme I am using is Ubud. Also, Ubud won’t let me change the # of columns on my page. What do I do?

  I find http://snag.gy/ to be very useful for sharing screenshots. You can also upload the screenshot to your site’s media library. I will be able to see it there.
