uknown email address

    Hi, I’m reaching out from tetrasignum.com We have been using this site for a while and managing it by logging in via tetrasignum.com/wp-admin/

    However, recently we have been unable to log in using (email visible only to moderators and staff) or the sinuni ID as it says that it’s an uknown email address or username.

    I would like to be able to access our website to make changes as soon as possible. As far as I know, there is no existing FTP and we would like support in recovering this account. Thank you.

    The site I need help with is [visible only to staff] (email visible only to moderators and staff). It is not hosted by WordPress.com or connected with Jetpack. This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.

    We can’t help you as your site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform but uses the open source wordpress.org. Their support is at https://wordpress.org/support/
