Ultimate Membership Pro and WordPress

I have Ultimate Membership Pro and of course, I am using WordPress. I want to have my Gold, Silver, and Bronze level, subscribers be able to store form information. How do I set that up?

That is a self-hosted WordPress.org site, which we really can’t help with here.

Ahh. I found out why there was a problem with .org vs .com. While I am in my admin area on the dashboard page, there is a help link and that help link sent me to .org rather than .com. I double-checked this and it keeps sending me to .org from my admin dashboard.

Additionally, the email sent to me for my setup stated that I was to use support at .org – So, what am I doing wrong or what is correct?

Hi @alberta123, sorry for the confusion.
If it helps, the things people call “self-hosted” and “.org” are the same thing.
The site you’ve listed is not using our managed hosting service, and is instead a free copy of the WordPress.org software.
So for help with that site, you would indeed look for .org support — and you can find its community here:
