Un autherised paypal payemnts to wordpress

    Please help. I have tried to post here before but now answer. I have huge unautherised payments from my paypal account to wordpress and and there is no record of these in my purchase history. PLease help as this is extremely costly from and interest point of view as well as the amount of cash that has automatically been taken from my account to service these unautherised amounts.

    I took a look, and it doesn’t look like there’s any history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity under the account you’re currently logged into, so we’re limited to what we can help with and advise here.

    If you enter the charge details at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ we should be able to help you with this.

    The transaction ID needed will be on your bank statement as WordPress followed by a letter/number code. They’ll look like this:

    WordPress XXXXXXXXXX

    If the charge on your bank statement does not follow that format, the charge was not made here at WordPress.com.
