Un-Install Calender Base Date Loader

    I installed Calender Base Date Loader into Excel from WordPress (Nitin Patil) It does not work as well as I thought it would and now I can not UN-Install or delete it. It continues to give me an error when I open the file. I can get no replay or help from the Nitin Patil the creator of the program. Any ideas on how to DELETE or Un-INSTALL this program. I have been trying for about 2-3 months to remove it from my file. But it is hidden somewhere in the file. Not listed where I can find it. PLEASE SOMEONE help.
