unable change email

    I want to modify the email address bound to this account, but I was prompted by the system ‘That e-mail address is already being used.’ I have permanently closed WordPress for another account, but I still can’t modify it.

    Hi there,

    How recently did you close the other account? The information connected to an account is only completely deleted 30 days after you request the account closure, so there’s time to reverse it should someone change their mind. Until that happens, the email address will still show as in use with another account in our system, so you’ll only be able to use it after that time.

    If you still have the email we sent you to confirm the account closure, please reply to that to request that we immediately remove the email address from the other account.
