Unable to access account

    I need help as I have an old website I have never used, I believed it was a free blog but now it has renewed and I’ve been charged for that. But it isn’t listed on my payments or billing on this account and when I try to login with the email address it says please login with your WordPress account and then it takes me here and I have no way to access support. It is wrong that I can be charged for this without any access to support or opportunity to cancel it.
