Unable to access account or admin panel after migration to Hubspot

After our recent migration to Hubspot, we are unable to log into our admin account to access our old web pages. Is there any way we can retrieve this information as well as other useful assets that were on our original websites?

Hi @developer8c7a9c6939, were the sites hosted here? If so, and if you didn’t delete them (or only deleted them recently) we should be able to help.
The site you linked seems like it wasn’t set up yet, though.

The sites were hosted on WordPress and were not deleted. We just switched over to Hubspot and our websites are now hosted on there but we are unable to get back into our WordPress admin dashboard or account.
The account that I am using right now is not the primary admin account that we used while we were still with WordPress as that account no longer works after the migration.

This site is not hosted with us on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress software at another hosting provider. This is a bit different to a site hosted on WordPress.com. You can read about these differences here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
It means we are unable to assist with this site.
It looks like the site was hosted with Siteground. If Hubspot are now hosting the site, you may need to reach out to their support for help gaining access to that.
