Unable to access blog through WordPress.

  Since 6:30 this morning, the WordPress site has been down and I am unable to log into my blog. Subscribers who are attempting to open my site from my posts are also unable to connect. What is the ETA that the problem will be fixed? Thank you.

  Here is the message I receive when attempting to log on:
  “W3 Total Cache Error: some files appear to be missing or out of place. Please re-install plugin or remove /home5/bitsofch/public_html/wp-content/advanced-cache.php.”
  How am I able to re-install or remove if I am unable to get to my blog?

  The problems all began after I updated a plugin this morning.
