Unable To Access Client’s Dashboard

Hi, a client has added me to WordPress account, and it appears that I’m logged in, but when I click to go to their dashboard or to edit the homepage, the homepage link just reloads and I’m still on the external site. Do I need to ask the client for a different form of user access?

I’m not sure if this helps either, but this link shows a screenshot displaying where it appears that I’m logged in on the top of the page. Please let me know if you need anything else from me!

Hm, your particular WordPress.com account has definitely not been added to the site yet.
They’ll need to follow the steps at https://wordpress.com/support/user-roles/#adding-users-to-your-site
