Unable to access “Domains” section to set up email

I am trying to gain access to my inbox. I created an account with Titan but have to configure the DNS settings. To do this, I have to go to Upgrades > Domains. Whenever I click on Domains my page goes blank, loads for a little then says “Oops an error occurred”
