Unable to access FTP server, it says invalid login. Still able to login to wp-admin.

  Unable to access FTP server, it says invalid login. Still able to login to wp-admin. Is the password for the FTP server the same as the one for wp-admin?

  I do not see any sites under your @luankhong2 WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/sites.

  Is it possible you created your site under a different login?  Is it the case that you are using another provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc. instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?

  Hi, it is under a different login. The url is birdi-inc.com

  I would need to try to ask my company if it still knows the wordpress account.

  The only thing i know is the wp-admin username/password.
