Unable to access my account although I am a user

  Hi,

  I’m trying to sign into my company’s blog which is hosted by WordPress, but all of a sudden, I’m receiving a “Username Invalid” error when the information I’m entering is completely valid.

  Here is a screenshot of the username error I see, note that this is the same username that is in the dashboard for our blog:

  This is extremely urgent and it would be helpful if this could be resolved today. This issue first appeared on Tuesday of this week.

  Dear WordPress:
  I have the same situation as Joseph: after a long time we wanted to go back to our blog but we forgot everything: username and password.

  The blog is: http://www.insidepnaanews and both myself and my partner Ferdinand Luyun maintains it. I logged in ferdinand or ferdinand,luyun and WordPress tells us: “an email had been sent to your emai”.

  Problem is the registered email: (email visible only to moderators and staff) had been hacked; so that means even if WordPress sent the password reset, we can no longer access it.

  For verification, i have created a new email: (email visible only to moderators and staff) and (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  Please help. We want to go back and do work on our site as we have a new president of the nurses.

  I’m sorry but we cannot provide accurate answers to any blogger who fails to provide the exact URL starting with http:// for the exact blog they refer to so we can verify where it is hosted. Please do that now.

  Please complete the form for account recovery at this link https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery and submit it to the Account Recovery Staff so they can contact you by email ie. not on these public support forums which are available to everyone with internet access.
