Unable to access my blog or reader

  Blog has been iffy for over a week. Takes ages to get into it as no direct access to Dashboard. When I do managed to get into it, it shows I have not created any content yet I have run this blog since 2018 with at least one post (every Saturday), sometime more. I have cleared cache and deleted cookies, and turned it off and on again. I am using a free site. As I am not techincally minded (no coding experience) any suggestions/instructions provided in clear, precise language please. TIA
