Unable to access my domain Dzynsmith365.com

    Hello, I am a new WordPress user and unable to access my domain, listed above. I have purchased the premium plan and registered the domain. I would very much appreciate any help I can get and thank you in advance, especially at this disruptive time.

    Hello Jay,

    It looks like you’re logged into the wrong account. You’re posting here as the username, designsmith365, but this account doesn’t own any sites or upgrades with us.

    Log out of this account, and log back in as the other WordPress.com account you created, associated with a different email address, and you’ll have access to your domain.
