Unable to access my site

I received a receipt showing my automatic renewal went through and you charged me for my domain name and premium subscription, but when I go to my profile it says I have no sites yet even though I can still access my old one through my favorites link. Do I have to start again from scratch or is there a way to regain access?

It sounds like you have logged into an incorrect account. Please log out, and log back in using the email address where the receipt was sent to.
