Unable to access my site or account settings

Every time I try and access my account settings or my site editing pages the wordpress site endlessly loads and nothing ever comes up. I’ve been having this issue for months and at this point I’d like to move my hosting to another service. WordPress simply takes my yearly subscription but I’m unable to access any of my settings or editing features.

additionally I can’t even access the help/contact page because that never stops loading either.

It looks like you are using Google Chrome as your browser, and what you are describing sounds like something we see when there is an issue with how your browser is storing cookies, specifically our login permissions cookie. With this in mind I would like you to try the following:
– clear your cache and cookies based on the steps google recommends here: https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/32050
– Also make sure you are not blocking any “3rd party cookies” as explained in that guide as well.
– If you continue to have loading issues after completing those steps, I would like you to try another browser instead, like Firefox. Are you able to proceed if you use a browser other than Chrome?Thanks for the additional info!

I did try clearing the cache and cookies and continued to have the problem. Eventually did try on a different browser and was able to make my edits, so I’ll proceed with this for now! thank you!
