    Hello! I am unable to access my website. I recently changed the name of the site/URL on WordPress to prettysweetfitness.

    Suddenly this message popped up below, and now I cannot access my website at all! Please could you help me so that I can start working on my website?

    Hi there!

    Since what you described wouldn’t be possible on WordPress.com, I guess you’re talking about a WordPress site hosted elsewhere, we are not able to help with those.

    Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so we can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
