Unable to access my website

    Hello,

    I hired a web developer to set up a website for me. Unfortunately when the last payment cleared, the developer disappeared without forwarding me the access to the WordPress website they built for me. I have tried contacting them for over a month, to no avail.
    I have documents proving that I purchased the domain via Google, receipts from the hosting service, as well as the invoices from the web developer and a full history of exchanging emails with them discussing the content on the website and supplying resources. Is there any way possible that the WordPress crew can help me and give me access to my website?

    We can’t help you is wordpress.com is in no way involved. You could ask if your hosting can help you, otherwise you must get legal help.
