Unable to access old WordPress site after transferring domain to a new website?

  Hi! I am unable to access old WordPress site after transferring domain to a new website- we need to access the old site (run with WooCommerce) for historical sales data from previous years. Help!

  I do not see any sites under your @anniespence391 WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/sites.

  Is it possible you created your site under a different login with us? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with? Can you also tell us a bit more about your domain move? Is it to a new host (from your previous host?) or a move within the same provider, but between two sites

  Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.

  The site URL was http://www.sertapetbeds.com – we moved from WordPress to Shopify so we transferred the domain to the new site.

  I did not have a WordPress account associated with this site- when I try to log in, nothing works!

  Hello there,

  This site wasn’t hosted with WordPress.com, but instead with another hosting provider.

  We would recommend reach out to that host to see if there’s a back up available.
