Unable to access other account

    I am unable to access my account as it is sending a password to an old email I no longer have access to. When completing the account recovery procedure it says my website is not hosted on WordPress.com but it is. I am unable to contact anyone any other way, please help! I have proof of purchase and everything. URL is encompassedu.com.au

    I do not see any upgrades under your @breyebuckland WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/

    Is it possible you made your purchase under a different login?
    I can confirm that encompassedu.com.au is registered at WordPress.com but is under a different account and not your @breyebuckland login.
