Unable to Access Publicize Tools

  I am unable to access Publicize Tools controls for my site. I follow the links as ‘To connect your site to your social networks, go to My Site → Tools → Marketing in your dashboard.’ ( https://wordpress.com/marketing/connections/–mysitename– ) But the page content flashes, then disappears leaving me unable to check or change settings. This occurs using MacOS Catalina 10.15.2 with updated Safari, Chrome, and Firefox browsers. Any suggestions?

  Hi –

  Are the other areas of your dashboard working properly? I’d try rebooting the internet connection as a first step. Also, if you have any extensions enabled in those browsers you’ll want to disable them.

  If possible, take a screen shot for us. It can be linked here with a third party like droplr.
