Unable to access site

Hi
I own 2 domains which had websites built in wordpress. They were built by a developer in a different country who is no longer operational. My sites were hosted on ionos servers on my account for the past 3 years but have recently been hacked and. crashed. The only way I can get them back is by accessing them via wordpress but I dont have the login credentials. Please can somebody help me as I am completely stuck and need my websites back up and running as soon as possible. The domains/accounts are http://www.motorclaimshelpline.co.uk and http://www.cardiffcarfinder.com. I can prove that I own the domains and can confirm my identity etc. I would really appreciate your help.Regards

Sorry to hear you are having trouble. However, it looks like your sites are using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but are hosted with another webhost.
We’re only able to provide support for WordPress websites that are hosted by us here at WordPress.com. For help with a WordPress site hosted elsewhere you’ll need to ask over at the WordPress.org forums:
