Unable to access site

  Hi
  I own 2 domains which had websites built in wordpress. They were built by a developer in a different country who is no longer operational. My sites were hosted on ionos servers on my account for the past 3 years but have recently been hacked and. crashed. The only way I can get them back is by accessing them via wordpress but I dont have the login credentials. Please can somebody help me as I am completely stuck and need my websites back up and running as soon as possible. The domains/accounts are http://www.motorclaimshelpline.co.uk and http://www.cardiffcarfinder.com. I can prove that I own the domains and can confirm my identity etc. I would really appreciate your help.

  The only way I can get them back is by accessing them via wordpress but I dont have the login credentials.

  Your host may be able to help you make backups and use one of these recovery options:
  https://wordpress.org/support/article/resetting-your-password/

  Once you’ve got that, if you’d like to move the sites here so we can manage the installation (security, etc.) this may help:
  https://transferto.wordpress.com/self-hosted-wordpress-org/

  Or, if you want to continue managing it on your own, you’ll want to use the correct forums at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ .
