Unable to access the admin panel for this site

Good day, whilst trying to update a domain in a WordPress site I am admin of something seems to have gone wrong even though we never managed to connect the new domain. None of the admins are now able to log in to the admin dashboard to do anything with the site.
Site: (email visible only to moderators and staff)/wp-admin/.

Your host (A2 Hosting) uses the open-source variant of the WordPress platform which functions differently than what we offer here on WordPress.com, so for help with this you will need to turn to the open-source WordPress forums here: https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting/
We use a different system for changing site URLs on WordPress.com so we’re not able to advise you, but you may also wish to try the steps the open source folks recommend here for URL changes: https://wordpress.org/support/article/changing-the-site-url/
