Unable to access website

Hello,
I created the website teschphotos.wordpress.com for a university photography class and then subsequently used it as a travel blog.
I would like to access the website and remove some of the photos or take the website offline altogether.
I have tried both my long term email addresses however, neither have allowed me to reset the password.
I think perhaps I used my university email address (which no longer exists): (email visible only to moderators and staff) when I initially set up the wesbite OR the website has somehow been hacked and the admin email has been changed (although I’m not sure why anyone would want to do this).
I’ve searched my email inboxes for the proof of ownership required for an accountr recovery form but I can’t find them any at this stage. I can’t remember making any purchases or setting up two factor authentication, but I may be able to find the activation URL or key but given the website was originally created 5 years ago, it is unlikely. I do also have the original, unedited RAW image files of all the images on the website, as well as the edited JPEG versions I uploaded.

If you aren’t able to provide an email from the email address with which the site was registered, a transaction ID, or the original activation link, I’m afraid we won’t be able to help you recover the account.
We have a strict policy in place to protect our users from third parties who might try to use our support system to gain access to other users’ accounts.

Is there a direct message / email I can speak to a wordpress staff member with? I’m conscious of not wanting to publish personal details or contact information on a public forum.
Are you able to tell me the email address registered to the account? If it is my old university one, I can contact them and see whether they are able to reinstate so that I can to retrieve any messages that are being sent to it.
Alternately are you able to tell inform me whether I made any transactions? If so, I can contact my previous bank to ask for the transaction information.
As I said before, I have the original files of literally everything on the site! The main reason I’d like to edit or remove the site is because someone recently pointed out to me these are some of the main images that pop up when you do a google search of my name.

That is why we have an account recovery process in place that lets you submit verification details via a private form. We don’t want you posting those details here in the public forums either.
Only the information listed at https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/ can be used to verify ownership – no other personal information you provide proves that you own the site, as we didn’t ask for any other information when you created the site, so there’s nothing against which we could verify any other information you provided.
If you prefer to continue this via email you can reach our account recovery team at passwordhelp@wordpress.com, but they’ll still require these same forms of verification before they’ll give you access to the account.

We cannot provide you with any private information about another WordPress.com account under any circumstances. Not only would we be violating our own privacy policy if we did that, but we would also be undermining our own security protocols, as essentially we’d be giving you the information we need you to give us to prove you own the account.
