Unable to access website

  Good morning,

  The website above belongs to another administrator (Ashleigh Harris) who sadly passed away last month. She was the sister of my fiancé (Thomas Harris). We have seen the link to transfer the existing website but the trouble is we are not expecting to receive her death certificate for a while as she died by suicide and there is an ongoing investigation. Is there anyway we could pay for the website or transfer it in any other way? It is our wedding website and we are expecting to get married in July this year and we are not sure the best way to proceed or whether we could get the URL back? I am not very tech savvy and I am completely lost so any help would be much appreciated.
