Unable to access wp-admin or activate new themes

I am unable to access wp-admin or activate new themes. It says, ‘This site cannot be accessed’ on the home page.

Looks like you’re in the wrong forum. Your site is using the self-hosted version of WordPress and you need to seek help at the WordPress.org forums:
