Unable to activate a license.

  When I try to Activate a license, I get the message ‘Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.
  I just finished Importing my site and the username and password is different than the one I just registered when purchasing WordPress.com Business. I could use a little help.

  WP.com: Yes
  Jetpack: Yes
  Correct account: Yes

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
