  keep getting an error message that i’m unable to activate the themes. what’s going on?

  Hi, I can’t tell for sure — the site isn’t using our hosting services, so we’re not able to access it to see what’s wrong. Here’s the difference between our services and the free WordPress software:

  Can you try contacting your host? There may be a server setting that needs to be updated. If you’ll paste the full error into Google, you’ll likely find articles on what needs to change. Your hosting service may help with that too.

  If they can’t help, you might also check in the forums for the free WordPress software. Sharing the exact error may be best there, too.
