  I am unable to activate ‘business’ theme. I get a message telling me to contact support.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Can you please tell me exactly what steps you’re following to activate it, and the full text of the error message you’re seeing?

  Please also check if clearing your browser cache or using a different browser helps at all.

  I am now unable to see my site at all. When I go to susannakatsman.com I get this:

  This site can’t be reached susannakatsman.com’s server IP address could not be found.

  Try running Windows Network Diagnostics.

  Your site doesn’t load because your domain has been suspended. It looks like you never verified your domain contact information you provided when registering your domain. Domain providers must suspend any domain with unverified contact information as per ICANN regulations.

  I’ve resent the confirmation email we sent you when you first registered the domain. Please click the link in that email to verify your contact information, and your domain will be reactivated automatically.
