  Trying to add the theme ‘Twenty Seventeen’ to my website. It keeps telling me to Contact Support.

  I can see that Twenty Fifteen is the currently installed theme. We can get this sorted out quicker through live chat. Please go to https://wordpress.com/help/contact/ from your other account (the one that purchased that business plan).

  Otherwise, write back to me here from that account and I can install the theme manually.
