Unable to add media into my posts

I Have been writing to you guys since over a week now and there is actually nothing that has been done about my issue! My entire business is at stake since I am Blogger & I have a lot of pending posts to upload but I am unable to add media into my posts. Even after clicking on add media, the upload page doesnt open. I have tried using different browsers like chrome and safari and tried uploading from another system too, it just doesnt happen. You guys should take your client’s problems seriously and assist on urgent basis!

Have you tried using the older “classic” dashboard to make your posts? do you still have the same issue with adding images to your media library?
