Unable to Add "NEW CATEGORY" in WP 3.1from'ADD NEW POST"Panel No Error,msg show

  Hi all I Have problem in wp 3.1 admin panel,
  Problem is that when I am going to add new post,same time I am trying to add NEW Category from same panel which is on RIGHT Side of Post content panel.
  When I write category name and choose parent category or no parent category and Click on “Add New category” Button Nothing was happen neither category added nor any error msg get displayed,its just like dead button.So urgently need to solve this problem,Pls reply ASAP
