unable to add payment method

I am unable to add the payment method to pay for the domain and other services. I am also not able to make payment, when I try to make purchase then i get error “Please contact support quoting error HYTFSL”. I was thinking it was related to my bank earlier as you have mentioned in one of your support forum. But this also comes as soon as I click on payment method to try add my credit card. I have an international debit card of a very known back so ideally it should not be a problem.

We were able to re-enable your purchase privileges under your account, for you were blocked from paying for upgrades until a few hours ago.

Thank you for getting back. I just made another attempt to purchase but got error “your transaction was declined. Please try another card.” And when I try another card it says your card is expired. The expiry of card is 2024 and the first card is international debit card so that should be good enough to make any payment. Please check this again.

You’ll need to contact your credit card provider about both the decline and misreported expiration.

Both the cards are in working condition. They are working fine when I am making other online payments on sites like Amazon etc.
Can you check again at your end. I am sure it has something to do with WordPress backend system but not the cards. -
The declined card is not from our end. You’ll need to contact your credit card’s support about this.
