Unable to attach my existing website with Asvattha

    I have an existing website and i bought a WordPress plan to optimize my existing website but I am unable to my WordPress account with my existing website. Kindly assist me in this.

    Hi there!

    The address you shared, https://asvatthadotorgdotin.wordpress.com, is of a WordPress.com site that’s already connected to this WordPress.com account you are logged in to. I’m not seeing any subscriptions purchased from this WordPress.com account either, meaning you have a different WordPress.com account where you purchased the subscription.

    Can you share the address of your existing website?

    Also, if you paid us for a plan and you’re having trouble accessing that account, please locate the transaction ID for your payment to WordPress.com (You can locate that in your credit card statement) and send that to us using the account recovery form here. Do not post the transaction ID on this forum.

    Once you’ve sent us the transaction ID, we’ll email you with the next steps for logging in to the correct account.
