Unable to cancel custom design renewal

Just realized I’ve been paying for something I have never used for the past 2 years. Tried refunding and it said fail and told me to contact support… And then it throws me into a loop. How do I go about in doing that then?!?!

Are you logged in as Admin under the same username account that registered the blog and purchased the upgrade?

Hi @foodienonfoodie, and sorry for the issue. I see that your Custom Design upgrade has been canceled and refunded. It may take up to a week for the credit to show up in your account statement.
