Unable to Cancel membership

  I had canceled a membership years ago I just received a charge for. I no longer have access to the email that was used for that account and my WordPress account that I was charged for has been Locked. I’m assuming do to inactivity. I’m unable to talk to a human since those privileges are for paying customers. which I am (I’ve found out that I’ve been paying for years) but am unable to gain access.
