Unable to cancel my premium subscription!

I made a website, got a premium subscription, but didn’t want to complete the trial because I decided to work on the site on my own through bluehost instead of wordpress. But I am unable to cancel the subscription because whenever I press cancel – nothing happens. At all. Here is a picture for show: http://imgur.com/OqplB2N

Dashboard → Store → Billing HistoryAre you logged in under the exact same username account that registered the blog and purchased the 14 day trial upgrade? That’s required to cancel the trial.
Provided you are logged in under the same username account that registered the blog and purchased the trial upgrade, you ought to be able cancel trial upgrades under Store → My Upgrades in your dashboard at any time and also disable auto-renew.

The blog name is induceyourmind.com, which is connected through wordpress, and has the domain through bluehost.

When I go to the regular site’s dashboard there is no ‘Store’ option under Home or anywhere on the left hand side.
I have to manually type in the /my-upgrades/ into the url to see where it stands. When I press cancel – white bar appears with cancel on it but nothing else happens as shown in the imgur link above in the initial post. I am still within my trial period – the regular premium purchase begins on January 8, 2015. -

Staff work through all forum threads tagged for their attention and through all email support tickets in chronological order based on datestamps and timestamps – first posted first served, as would be expected.How long it takes to clear the threads and support tickets depends on how many Happiness Engineers are working on them at any given point in time. It also depends on how complex the issues in each thread and ticket are are.
Please don’t bump your thread by posting into it again because it’s not in your best interest to post to it after it has been tagged for Staff help. Doing that moves the timestamps forward and it takes longer to get a response.
