Unable to cancel upgrade – confirm link not working?

  Hello,

  I recently purchased a theme (Modern News) for my blog, but unfortunately I found this theme was not the right one for me and I would like to cancel the purchase. So I have requested a cancellation, but the “confirm” link I have received by email seems not to be working properly (?) When I click it, I see a page which says “Are you sure you want this? Please try again” (in Norwegian), and there is no option or button on the page for me to confirm my cancellation.

  I am having the same issue trying to cancel and I have sent a couple emails with no response to my issue. I would like my full$99 to be refunded. There was not any disclosure sent when I signed up about cancelling the domain in 2 days only when it was time to renew. I am getting really frustrated not being able to contact anyone and I plan to move forward with action if this does not get resolved.

  Hi Elisabeth,

  I’m sorry for the trouble you had canceling that theme purchase. I just cancelled and refunded that purchase for you. (Please note it can sometimes take 1-2 weeks for refunds to appear on your bank statement.)

  I want to cancel my upgrade. I have sent emails and no response. Please advise how to take care of this. 189337 is the number for the first support response. The upgrade was purchased yesterday.
