unable to change email address

  My blog earlier connected to (email visible only to moderators and staff) – which is not working now. I want to change the email to (email visible only to moderators and staff) , but this mail id is already registered with wordpress servers though has no blog connected.

  I need to get my default email address as (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  Please help

  You may transfer the blog to the account associated with the email address you wish it to be connected to.

  My blog earlier connected to [email redacted] – which is not working now.

  Please complete the form for account recovery at this link https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery and submit it to the Account Recovery Staff so they can contact you by email ie. not on these public support forums which are available to everyone with internet access. Note there is a backlog so you have to be patient while waiting.
