Unable to Change Email Address on WordPress Account

  Hello WordPress Support Team,

  I’m experiencing the same issue as described in this forum thread: https://wordpress.com/forums/topic/impossible-to-change-email-address/ .

  When I attempt to change my email address in my account settings, I receive a confirmation email at the new address. However, after clicking the confirmation link, it redirects me to the login page, where I cannot login with the new email address and the change is not saved.

  My old email address is still active, accessible and perfectly fine, so I do have access to my account, I just desperately need to change the email associated with it. Could you please assist me in successfully changing my email address? Thank you for your help, I appreciate your time.
