  A ‘Sorry, there was a problem closing your account. Please contact support.’ message appears when I attempt to close my profile account.

  Hi there,

  I believe you are currently unable to close the account due to a paid premium theme that is connected. I can remove the theme for you, but you own the theme indefinitely – so I would recommend you to set your site to private in case you ever want to use the theme again for another site.

  Otherwise, I’d be happy to remove the theme for you so you can proceed with the deletion of the site.
